True to its DNA, Cartier’s newest offerings for 2025 experiment with shapes and innovative movements. They’re bringing back a rare and seldom-seen Tank, the Tank À Guichets, while also giving the classic Tank Louis Cartier a larger face and introducing some beautifully shape-shifting ladies’ watches. Here’s everything you need to know about Cartier’s latest pieces from Watches & Wonders 2025.
Tank À Guichets

Every year, Cartier’s exclusive collection reimagines an iconic timepiece. This time, the spotlight is on the Tank à Guichets—a no-hand watch, a bold design first introduced in 1928 that’s avant-garde, and sleek. Let us explain.
The new Tank à Guichets stays true to its heritage, featuring the same digital time display through two small displays via a jumping mechanism, with hours at 12 o’clock and dragging minutes at 6. The crown sits proudly at the top, just like the original. But the new ones are now powered by the specially developed 9755 MC hand-wound movement. This version is available in yellow gold, rose gold, or platinum.
A second platinum model, limited to a numbered edition of 200 pieces, features the displays at an angle. This design element pays tribute to the 1930s, a period of rich creativity and aesthetic innovation. Both versions house a satin-finish case that contrasts beautifully with polished brancards, while the central face in brushed gold or platinum adds a final touch of Cartier’s magic.
Tank Louis Cartier

The Tank watch has always been a shape-shifter, evolving with time while staying unmistakably Cartier. First seen in 1922 as the Tank Louis Cartier, it followed the original Tank Normale, with Louis Cartier refining its form just five years later—stretching the case, softening the angles, and fully embracing its sleek rectangular silhouette.
Now, Cartier unveils a larger version, in rose gold or yellow gold, powered by the new 1899 MC movement. This automatic mechanical movement is designed not to disrupt the Tank’s signature proportions. The dimensions are 38.1 x 27.75 mm, with a thickness of 8.18 mm.
Tressage

Cartier has a way of turning gold, diamonds, and gemstones into something almost magical. The Tressage watch is no exception. showing Cartier’s signature artistry into a striking new creation that feels both fresh and timeless.
Following in the footsteps of the Maillon, Coussin, and Reflection watches, the Tressage takes Cartier’s iconic design—mixing bold yellow gold, sculptural shapes, and intricate craftsmanship to create a true statement piece. It’s wearable art. This design is available in four variations: A black strap with yellow gold; a beige strap with yellow gold, white gold and diamonds; a navy blue strap with white gold and diamonds; and a navy blue strap with white gold and diamonds and sappires.
Panthère Jewellery

The Panthère Jewellery Watch. At first glance, it’s a striking bracelet—alive with movement. On one side, a three-dimensional panther, poised to pounce; on the other, a delicate watch seamlessly woven into the design. This piece follows slightly to the Reflection de Cartier collection silhouette, but with the iconic panther prowling.
Crafted in yellow gold, every detail is exquisite—from its sleek, lacquer-spotted coat and lifelike muscles to the finely sculpted pads beneath its paws. Tsavorite eyes and an onyx nose bring the feline to life, playing off the deep black lacquer dial, a diamond-paved bezel, and a single brilliant-cut diamond at 12 o’clock.
Panthère De Cartier

The Panthère watch, already an icon seen on the wrists of all the IT girls and an everyday essential, takes on a wild new look. This time, the panther’s coat transforms into an abstract pattern—somewhere between zebra and tiger—brought to life with bold black and golden-brown lacquer, shimmering pavé-set diamonds, and fiery orange and yellow spessartites.
The lacquer, meticulously applied by hand and fired at high temperatures at the Maison des Métiers d’Art, requires incredible precision. The dial, dazzling with 145 brilliant-cut diamonds in a delicate snow setting, adds the final touch of magic.
