Whimsical, playful, and downright adorable—that’s Loewe’s vibe for this year’s holiday collection. The Spanish fashion house celebrates the festive season by teaming up again with Kyoto-based ceramic brand Suna Fujita. The husband and wife duo crafted a series of original illustrations and ceramics, taking you through a joyful, dreamlike landscape that feels straight out of a child’s imagination. The collection will complete your holiday fit from head to toe—even your Christmas tree.
Playful critters from the deep sea to the lush meadows and outer space take the spotlight on Loewe’s signature bags. An octopus and a squid swirl around the Flamenco and Hammock, while a big, graceful whale floats over the Puzzle and Pebble bucket bag. Each one is a work of art, made from detailed leather with aquatic-inspired colours. Back on land, hopping bunnies and little hamsters make an appearance, with earthy and leafy tones to match.
Loewe creative director Jonathan Anderson and Suna Fujita have also come out with an array of whimsy and fuzzy animal charms to further add festive fun to your Loewe handbags.
A Christmas look isn’t complete without cosy sweaters and jackets. This season, puffer jackets, coats, and work jackets are statement pieces, with soft nappa leather and shearling bringing that extra comfort. Of course, adorable creatures are playfully printed and enamelled all over them. It’s not all about childlike wonder here—the Petal Bow and Toy Mule shoes will add a classy yet chic twist to your holiday look.
A Loewe-themed Christmas tree? Why not. In this wonderful collaboration, Suna Fujita has created animal baubles made from blown glass—quirky, colourful creatures turning your holiday decor into a whimsical menagerie of style and fun.
The collection debuts on November 14, available in stores and online.
