We’re officially in the final quarter of the year. If we’re to keep track of happenings across the past couple of years, 2024 has the makings of a great year. This month is no exception, what with all the things to do in KL in September 2024.
One of the biggest ones you should have on your radar is Thailand’s Win Metawin and Tu Tontawan’s arrival in Kuala Lumpur for the opening of the largest Puma flagship store in Southeast Asia at Sunway Pyramid. If you’re a dedicated fan of F4 Thailand: Boys over Flowers, then this is your chance to catch some of the stars in the flesh.
Then we also have the Mooncake Festival in the middle of the month. This year, we’re not short on options for the season. Everyone brought their A-game to the table, with some of the best mooncake offerings that we have seen by far. We’re also steadily approaching spooky season, we’re bidding farewell to flowers and all that It Ends with Us drama. Instead, we’re looking forward to spine-chilling horror films that are must-watches in our books. But of course, this house believes in variety, so be sure to peruse our film and series guide for a list of editor-approved materials.
Outside of the confines of your home, KL (and elsewhere too!) will be buzzing with activity. Festivals, both of the gastronomical and musical nature), are quite literally taking place in abundance. We’ll also be playing host to great international talents, so be sure to not miss out.
