Serving Looks: All the Best Celebrity Style From this Year’s Wimbledon
Players aren't the only ones bringing their A-game to the courts.
London summers are for sundresses, drinks in the park, and of course, Wimbledon, the biggest (and most prestigious) tennis championship in the world. Naturally, the event draws a major celebrity crowd. But just like Glastonbury, the performances can take a backseat to the spectator fashion.
This year, for the 136th edition of the tournament, the stands were awash with famous faces, all rubbing shoulders with Britain’s elite and bringing their own A-game with their impeccable style. With the sun out, guests all homed in on a particular dress code, with buttery yellows, neutrals, and blue dominating the crowds. Matching two-piece sets and coquettish details were also popular choices.
First up, we had Emma Corrin, who topped our best-dressed list. Debuting a new bleach-blonde buzzcut, the 27-year-old looked dapper in a beige short suit with a linen tie by Ralph Lauren, accessorising with a Miu Miu bag and tan leather brogues.
Also hitting the warm neutrals was model Neelam Gill in a matching satin set that showed off her powder blue Ralph Lauren shoulder bag and gold jewels.
Phoebe Dynevor looked every bit the Bridgerton lady in a blue-and-white stripe bustier top and matching A-line skirt. Inversing Gill’s outfit, she paired the blue with a cream clutch and gold stilettos.
Stripes were also spotted on Sienna Miller, who opted for a linen cornflower blue co-ord set and navy woven top handle bag.
Another Bridgerton star, Charithra Chandran, went for brights in a rich coral set by Ralph Lauren and pale pink peep-toe heels.
Royalty was also present at the event, with Kate Middleton, Princess of Wales, photographed in a mint-green blazer with white lapels and buttons and a pleated chiffon midi skirt.
Fashion royalty in Lila Grace Moss was in attendance, wearing a blue satin slip dress and matching cable-knit sweater tied around her neck—both by Ralph Lauren.
Alexa Chung brought an effortless cool to her outfit with an oversized button-up shirt, straight-leg denim and patent peep-toe wedge heels. She injected some colour into the look with a Fuschia sweater.
Also on the cable-knit bandwagon was model Jourdan Dunn in an ultra-chic butter yellow set and black-and-white stilettos.
Birdgerton alum Nicola Coughlan was the epitome of summer in a linen embroidered sundress and woven accessories.
