Taylor Swift has made a, well, swift return to her usual proceedings after the fate of her Eras Tour was unclear following a string of cancelled shows last week in Vienna. Swift was forced to call off her appearance in the Austrian capital due to a security risk. The songstress has kept a relatively low profile since, withholding from addressing the situation or even supporting the release of her best friend Blake Lively’s new film, It Ends With Us, as she did for Ryan Reynold’s Deadpool & Wolverine.
But ahead of her final stint in London, Swift has drawn the European leg of the international stadium tour to a close by hosting a wrap party for her accompanying personnel on August 13. Celebrating the band, dancers, backup vocalists and crew who helped create the epic three-hour performance, Swift threw a party at the luxurious Mayfair members-only club Annabel’s on top of gifting them eye-watering bonuses earlier this year.
Since opening in 1963, the locale has been a revolving door of glamour and celebrity appearances, with Swift’s excursion to the multi-level nightclub the latest from the dressed-up and well-heeled. For the occasion, Swift continued her love of Vivienne Westwood in a new season set from the Fall/Winter 2024/2025 collection.
As you may recall, she previously wore a corseted baby blue dress from this range for a double date in Amsterdam with Travis Kelce and her Kansas City Chiefs friends, Patrick and Britany Mohmes.
This time, she looked to a plaid set featuring an olive, crimson and white tartan mini skirt and cropped double-breasted blazer combination.
The piece also featured a white ‘poet’ shirt which is a button-down blouse featuring a frilled collar that was popular in Victorian England. (Very fitting for this self-appointed tortured poet.) As pointed out by the Instagram account @upnextdesigner, another social media account dedicated to virtually styling Swift in luxury brands had previously photoshopped her into this look in March this year. Take a look at the digitally altered version, below.
Swift will soon play five back-to-back nights in Wembley before taking her tour to Canada where it will conclude with a performance in Vancouver on December 8. End game, indeed.
