So, how exactly did this couple become an item?
In a recent interview with Cosmopolitan Middle East, Safa admitted she thought of Fahad as just a friend at first. But that eventually changed for her as she added, “He was too good and ended up being my husband.”
Safa was charmed by Fahad’s effort, expressing, “It was very much of a persistent thing from Fahad. But that’s very important for me because if somebody is persistent, I am interested.”
Safa reminisced on their early interactions, sharing, “When Fahad came to my office, it was the first time, he was dealing with a colleague of mine and he was checking me out. I kept bumping into him everywhere and we became good friends. And I was like, ‘Wow! finally, a guy in Dubai who just wants to be friends.’”
Safa admitted, “When I first met Fahad, he wasn’t fully ready for a relationship, but I was straight up about wanting to get married. I find [that with the] right guy when you put that boundary, people have no choice but to respect it.”
