Ariana Grande is clearing up rumours about her changing appearance, even going as far as to discuss cosmetic work openly while hooked up to a lie detector test.

As part of a cover story with Vanity Fair, the songstress and her Wicked co-star, Cynthia Erivo, strapped into the machine while asking each other controversial questions.

“Did you ever get any work done to feel more popular?” Erivo asked the pop star during the segment.

Grande expressed excitement for the intrusive question for giving her the platform to address all the plastic surgery speculation she has faced in recent years.

“Thank goodness,” she said of the question before denying some of the more extensive procedures she’s been accused of undergoing by fans.

The R.E.M beauty founder then went on to clarify that she has never gone under the knife, confronting rumours of rhinoplasty and breast augmentation. The polygraph examiner confirmed that her statements held no signs of deception.

“Did you get a facelift?” Erivo then asked.

“No, not yet,” Grande responded. “[But] I’m open.”

“This is the best day of my life. Take that, you YouTube people,” Grande joked before admitting that she hadn’t even heard of some of the treatments she was accused of having. But of course, this is Hollywood, and Grande isn’t immune to the allures of a little jab.

Admitting to having fillers and Botox “in various places”, the Good Witch revealed that she stopped getting so many treatments roughly four years ago.

“That is the extent,” she said emphatically, assuring that she was still “in full support of all people who do these things.”

Erivo then asked her co-star if she had ever gotten a Brazilian Butt Lift.

“Get the f–k out of here,” she laughed. “Yes.”

“She’s being deceptive,” retorted the polygraph examiner.
